Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

Contact form

When you use the contact form we receive what you enter: your name, email address, the organisation and role you state, the topic you select, and your message. We use it only to answer your enquiry and, where you ask for one, to arrange a demonstration, pilot or collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or the steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).

We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than two years after our last exchange, unless a business relationship follows, in which case the data becomes part of our customer records.

ROI calculators

The figures you enter in the ROI calculators are processed in your browser only. They are not sent to us and are not stored.

Technical data

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider whose servers log technical data such as your IP address, the pages requested and the time of the request, for security and to keep the service running. These logs are kept for a short period by the provider.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not currently run web analytics. If we introduce privacy-friendly analytics, we will update this notice first.

Who processes data on our behalf

The website is hosted, and the contact form is handled, by Netlify, Inc. (USA), acting as our processor under a data processing agreement; its infrastructure includes servers in the European Union. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this happens under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, for its correction or deletion, for restriction of processing, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and for a copy of the data you provided in a portable format. Write to info@reyedar.com; we answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Medical data

This website is not a medical service and does not process patient data. Data recorded with SONDA in clinical use is handled by the healthcare provider operating the device, under its own privacy arrangements, and is not transmitted to this website.

Changes

We will update this notice when the website or our processing changes, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
